Welcome to HG Premium Construction LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, booking services, or engaging in any work with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

HG Premium Construction provides residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing

Hardwood, engineered, and LVP installations

Staircase remodeling (treads, risers, handrails, balusters, posts)

Trim, baseboards, quarter round, and related carpentry services

All services are provided based on agreed-upon estimates, contracts, or invoices.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.

Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions arise (subfloor issues, water damage, hidden defects, material changes, scope changes).

Any additional work outside the original scope will require written approval and may result in additional charges.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may be subject to fees or collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

HG Premium Construction reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, material delays, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Remove personal items, furniture, and valuables from work areas unless otherwise agreed

Provide clear access to the job site

Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas

Allow proper ventilation during finishing processes

HG Premium Construction is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or client failure to prepare the space.

6. Materials & Color Variations

Wood is a natural material and variations in color, grain, and texture are normal.

Stain samples represent approximate results; final color may vary due to wood species, age, and condition.

No guarantees are made for exact color matching with existing floors.

7. Warranty & Limitations

We provide a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in your contract or invoice.

Normal wear and tear, moisture damage, scratches, dents, or damage caused by pets, furniture, or improper maintenance are not covered.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials when applicable.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

HG Premium Construction is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Material shortages

Acts of God

Government actions

Supplier delays

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HG Premium Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

10. Photos & Marketing

By engaging our services, you grant HG Premium Construction permission to use photos or videos of completed work for:

Marketing

Social media

Website

Portfolio purposes

No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

11. Website Use

Use of our website does not create a contractor-client relationship until services are formally agreed upon. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

HG Premium Construction reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Here is a brief description of the types of messages users can expect upon opting in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
